Bathtime Is Funtime

I just LOVE to take a bath. Every night after dinner, I look at Mommy and Daddy and say "Bath!" Then I run into my room, grab a diaper and some pajamas and.... Splish splash... I'm taking a bath!!

I know that before I play, I've got to get good and clean. First, I wash my face, then I work my way all the way down to my toes. I think my body is a hoot. And I know all the names for my different parts. It's fun getting clean!

Then, it's playtime. I just love to laugh and make goofy faces. And splashing Mommy and Daddy is the most fun of all!

Big Events This Month

• Do-Re-Mi is my new favorite song to sing. Daddy lets me watch The Sound of Music scene where the children sing it every night before I go to bed.
• At my new daycare, I'm now doing lots of art projects. Since Mommy's an artist, too, she loves that. She's even started a folder to hold all my work. If you come over to our house, you should ask to see it. I think it's amazing!
• I can now climb into and out of the car all by myself. Mommy and Daddy help me buckle up of course, but aren't I a big girl?!
• I'm starting to potty train at my new daycare. It's so much fun. They have a kid-sized potty for me to sit on whenever I want and when I'm done, I get to wash my hands all my myself.
• These days, picking up poo-poo in the backyard with Daddy is a pretty cool activity.
• I just love to sing. I can belt out any number of songs and I LOVE singing into a microphone.
• I'm starting to try to climb out of my crib. Looks like I'll have a big girl bed soon!
• One of my chores is feeding the dog. I do it really well!
• I think everything is the color green.
• My favorite books are Kiss Good Night and The Potty Book.
• I like to say "Oh My Goodness!" all the time.
